Our investment approach is forward-looking and considers the historic, long-term risk and return of various asset classes. Our approach is strategic in nature and we do not look to constantly change our positioning and/or time market changes.
The RSMR investment team meets formally, every quarter, to discuss asset allocation views and topics and how they may affect our portfolios. Information and data are drawn from a wide range of industry sources to help form a collective view on issues which may drive returns. Factors considered include valuation levels, interest rate and inflation expectations and economic growth rates. In addition to the quarterly asset allocation meetings, the team meets regularly to discuss emerging data, individual views on asset classes and any potential portfolio fund changes.
