James joined RSMR’s Operations team in 2019 having previously worked in the mortgage servicing industry as a case handler investigating customer complaints on behalf of lenders, ensuring that the service delivered by operations met client policy and regulations.
In his current role at RSMR, James works as part of the Managed Portfolio Services team supporting the MPS managers as well as the wider research team and is responsible for the production of performance and risk data, documentation, and reporting. Since beginning his career with RSMR James has been studying for and completing exams through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) with whom he holds Associate membership (ACSI). James currently holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma – Securities (IAD) and is continuing his study for higher qualifications.
Outside of work, James likes to keep active and enjoys sports including boxing, CrossFit and attending the gym.
